Living with MS

An MS symptom tracker for fatigue, fog and the days that vary

A chronic illness tracker and gentle companion that already knows what MS can involve — so you do not have to explain it from scratch.

What MS can involve

Multiple sclerosis affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, and few conditions vary as much day to day. Fatigue is the symptom people with MS most often name as the hardest, and it is also the one least visible from outside. Heat makes many symptoms louder, which is why a warm room can undo an afternoon.

Numbness, weakness, balance, vision and bladder symptoms can come and go, and the gap between appointments is long. A record kept as it happened shows what changed and when, rather than leaving you to summarise months of variation in a short conversation with your MS nurse or neurologist.

How a day can feel

If your days sound anything like this, taluvu was made with you in mind.

  • “The fatigue is not tiredness. It is a different thing entirely.”
  • “I was fine this morning and useless by two.”
  • “Heat undoes me and nobody believes that is a symptom.”
  • “I look well, which is its own problem.”
  • “I cannot tell if this is a new thing or the same thing.”

These are the kinds of things taluvu invites you to say in your own words — never a checklist of what anyone “should” have.

What taluvu helps you keep track of

Choose MS and it starts you with a palette, not a blank form.

These are things people living with MS often want to keep an eye on. Remove any you do not need, add your own, and check in with a few taps on the days you have very little to give.

  • Fatigue
  • Numbness or tingling
  • Muscle weakness
  • Balance problems
  • Brain fog
  • Vision changes
  • Heat sensitivity
  • Bladder problems
  • A journal in your own words, not a score
  • A plain-English week view of what stands out
  • A Doctor Summary you own and can print
  • Your care team’s details in one place

taluvu never claims one thing caused another. It shows what is worth noticing and leaves the medicine to your doctor. See how a check-in works.

Questions people ask

MS and taluvu, in plain answers.

Short, honest answers about what taluvu does and does not do for MS. Nothing here is medical advice.

Is taluvu an MS symptom tracker?

Yes. MS is built into taluvu with a starting palette of fatigue, numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, balance problems, brain fog, vision changes, heat sensitivity and bladder problems. You can add anything else you live with.

Can I record how much a day varied?

Yes. A check-in takes a few taps and a line in your own words, so a morning that was fine and an afternoon that was not can both be written down. Variation within a single day is one of the hardest things to describe later.

Does taluvu tell me if I am having a relapse?

No. taluvu does not interpret symptoms or say what is happening to your nerves. It keeps what you noticed and when. Whether something is a relapse is a question for your MS nurse or neurologist, and a record gives them more to work with.

What should I take to an MS appointment?

The Doctor Summary is written from your own notes: what happened, how often, and what you said about it at the time. You can print it or hand it over, so you are not trying to recall months of good and bad days in a short slot.
